These terms govern your use of the website at levorys.com. They do not govern the provision of COOKIE3 SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ ("Levorys") services — that is dealt with in a separate written engagement agreement between Levorys and its client. Where an engagement agreement and these terms conflict, the engagement agreement prevails.

This website is directed at businesses and their representatives. It is not directed at consumers, and Levorys does not provide services to consumers.

The content of this website is provided for general information about Levorys and what it does.

It does not constitute:

• an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code, or an invitation to make an offer capable of acceptance
• professional, legal, financial, tax or technical advice
• a warranty, representation or guarantee as to any outcome, saving, return on investment or result

Any figures describing potential economic impact, efficiency or return are illustrative and depend entirely on circumstances specific to each organisation. Nothing on this website should be relied upon as a prediction of the results you would obtain.

They are constructed to show the structure and format of Levorys deliverables. They are not real client data, and Levorys does not publish real client findings.

This website cites research published by third parties, including McKinsey & Company, Gartner and Deloitte. Those citations link to the original sources. Levorys does not own that research, makes no claim to it, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by those organisations. Figures are reproduced as published; readers should consult the original sources, whose terms govern their use.

Product names, logos and trademarks of third parties appearing on this website — including but not limited to SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Salesforce and HubSpot — are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance indicates supported technical integration capability only. It does not indicate partnership with, endorsement by, sponsorship by or any other affiliation with those parties.

All content on this website — including text, layout, design, graphics, diagrams, source code and the compilation of all of it — is owned by Levorys or licensed to it, and is protected under the Polish Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights and applicable international law.

You may view this website and print or download extracts for your own internal business evaluation. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish, distribute, adapt, commercially exploit or systematically extract any part of it without our prior written consent.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use this website in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server, or any connected system
• introduce malicious code, or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the website
• use automated systems to scrape, harvest or systematically extract content, except that we permit search engine and AI crawlers as declared in our robots.txt

9. Availability

We aim to keep this website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of it without notice.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for intentional damage (wina umyślna), or for any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under Polish law.

Subject to that:

• Levorys provides this website "as is" and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excludes all warranties, conditions and representations, whether express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of its content.
• Levorys shall not be liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.
• Because this website is directed at businesses, the statutory warranty regime applicable to consumers does not apply.

12. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The current version is always published at this address with the date of last update. Your continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by Polish law.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland having jurisdiction over the registered office of Levorys, namely the courts of Warsaw.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force, and the invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid one that most closely reflects its commercial intent.
