The Operational Intelligence Layerfor established European companies
Levorys builds a structured, evidence-backed model of how your organisation actually operates. It shows where AI can create measurable business value in your company, and only then do we implement the solutions.
Your company already knows how it works. That knowledge is just scattered everywhere.
Your systems hold transactions. Your documents describe the official process. Your employees carry years of knowledge that was never written down. Your management holds the strategy and the history.
| SOURCE | WHAT IT HOLDS | WHAT IT CAN’T TELL YOU |
|---|---|---|
| ERP | Orders, invoices, stock, ledger lines | Why month-end still needs four spreadsheets nobody officially owns |
| CRM | Customers, pipeline, activity logs | Which approvals sales routinely works around to protect delivery dates |
| Process documentation | How work is supposed to be done | The exceptions being handled on the floor right now |
| Your people | How work is actually done | What happens when the two people who know the exceptions are on holiday |
| Management | Strategy, priorities, history | Where the operational detail diverged from the plan years ago |
No single source explains how the company works.
That is not a failure of management — it is what scale produces.
The AI technology is ready. Most companies are not.
A positive ROI on AI implementation depends on two things: whether the data is usable and centralised, and whether anyone has mapped the processes correctly. Neither arrives with the technology. Both have to be built first.
Of high-performing companies say data is the primary obstacle to enabling AI at scale.
Of AI projects unsupported by AI-ready data are predicted to be abandoned through 2026.
Of organisations have fully designed the roles, processes and operating models needed to integrate AI into work.
Of organisations say their business processes are not highly prepared for agentic AI.
Levorys builds the missing layer.
The Operational Intelligence Layer is built from system records, documentation and structured interviews with the people who do the work, validated with the organisation, and it provides the organisational context that enterprise AI, automation and decision-making need in order to work reliably inside a complex company.
- 01
Mapped operating model
How departments, processes, people and systems actually connect — including the dependencies that exist only in practice.
- 02
Evidence-backed findings
Bottlenecks, operational risks and hidden dependencies, each traceable to the records, documents and interviews behind it.
- 03
Estimated economic impact
What each finding costs, with the assumptions shown, so the numbers can be challenged.
- 04
AI opportunity map
Where AI, automation or redesign would create measurable value — and where they would not.
- 05
Prioritisation
Ranked by estimated impact and feasibility, so the first move is the one worth making. The decision remains yours.
- 06
Continuous findings
The model updates as the company changes, so it keeps surfacing opportunities and flagging issues — not a snapshot that ages on delivery.
Not recommendations based on what we think your company looks like.
Findings based on evidence from how your organisation actually operates.
How does Levorys do it?
Connectors pull from your ERP, CRM, documents and operational tools. Read-only, nothing migrated.
AI-conducted interviews with every employee at once — forty minutes each, their language, their schedule.
Records, documentation and what people describe are reconciled into one model of the real company.
Leakage, bottlenecks and inefficiencies are classified and costed, then matched to the AI worth building.
One evidence-backed model your organisation validates — and keeps using afterwards.
All of this is done in days, not months.
You know where AI pays before you commit the budget — not a year after you spent it.
Your company’s context is sensitive. It is treated that way.
Levorys asks for read-only access to your systems and structured interviews with your people. That is only reasonable if the handling of both is precise and checkable — by your IT team, your legal counsel and your employee representatives.
Processes, not people.
Levorys maps systems, processes, hand-offs and dependencies — not individuals. It does not score, rank or monitor employees. Interview excerpts in findings are anonymised.
Participation is voluntary, every employee is told at the outset how their answers will be used, and this commitment can be written into the engagement agreement and shared with your employee representatives before any interview begins.
- SYSTEM ACCESS
- Read-only, and scoped to the systems you agree. Granted and revoked by your own administrators, at any time.
- WHERE YOUR DATA SITS
- Engagement data is processed and stored in the EU.
- MODEL TRAINING
- Your data is never used to train models, and is not shared with any other client.
- RETENTION AND DELETION
- Engagement data and interview material are deleted or returned at the end of the engagement, on written confirmation.
- DATA PROTECTION
- Levorys acts as a data processor under the GDPR. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request.
- HUMAN OVERSIGHT
- Findings are reviewed by people before they are acted on, and the role of AI in producing them is disclosed, in line with the EU AI Act.
Your IT and legal teams see the full security documentation before anything is connected.
Find out where to look first.
Thirty minutes. You will leave knowing which parts of your operation are worth examining first — whether or not you work with Levorys.
- Your company runs several hundred people across multiple departments.
- You have an ERP and a CRM that hold data but do not explain the business.
- How the work actually gets done differs from what the documentation says.
- Critical processes depend on a few people who carry the knowledge.
- You are prepared to invest in AI, but not before you can see where the return would come from.
